My friends and I felt right at home the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well-prepared — a complete package. They provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Angie and Veck from housekeeping — I was so excited to explore Ávila that I accidentally left our room door open with my phone inside. Thankfully, they noticed and secured everything safely. Truly trustworthy and quick-thinking! Also, shoutout to Valerie and Amanda, who was super helpful and always smiling! She gave us useful tips and directions for our tour, which made everything smoother and stress-free. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the dining staff were just as welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel — we’ll definitely be back!”
